Data Entry of invoice and owner billings into Sage.
Printing of invoices and logging on PO Logs
Process & file weekly and monthly check runs
Process Job Cost commitments
Process Cash Receipts – including filing of paid invoices
Pull A/P invoices for payment after funds received
Saving / Printing Monthly reports
Miscellaneous tasks/projects as needed
May be required to lift a maximum of 10lbs
